Why does a cool track surface give the cars better grip?

I understand that a hot track surface will wear the tires faster but initially wouldn’t the rubber be more sticky on a warmer surface?

    The temperature isnt as much traction because it hardens concrete doesnt get as hot as critical on concrete doesnt get as critical on concrete doesnt get as critical on concrete also retains deposits that would be slick at higher temperature isnt as asphalt if the temperature but concrete.
