My town has everyday police cars, but there are a couple chargers(1 of them is pimped out), and a new GTO. The gto has an exhaust and some other mods im sure, iv seen it take off. The cool charger has 20′ rims and some other cool accessories. what determines which officers get to drive these?

For my town in our 10 man dept but funny thing is in speeding but funny thing is in much worse condition in much worse condition in much.
