No they shouldn’t if someone can’t remember to take their child or pet out of the car, then they don’t deserve to be a parent or a pet owner. I **** to say it but the baby would still end up dead down the road since the parent is not responsible for their child.

The system malfunctioned there would be safe bad idea people need to blame others for their kids in the system malfunctioned there would be lawsuits from sue happy people this would.
