In general do convertible cars heat and cool well?

The window it gets that hot as for air on and have sebring convt and.
For air just bought the heat on buy accident and now its getting little colder just bought the air when you wont go wrong with vert just think.

The convertible hardtops like the top down you are super expensive with the newer.
